How about making it the same day as the BCG meeting in October but only on a different day. I couldn't find what day that is but it was on a Saturday in early October... you could make the meeting on that Sunday...
... what do you think?

Good question... I was thinking Milton Keynes(that's march) but the October meeting is in Chester... although that really doesn't matter. I think Bristol is even closer to Chester.

Milton Keynes is further from Bristol than Chester, but the journey from Chester takes longer. It takes about 3 hours to go between Chester and Bristol...

Nope. That is how long it took us to go from Chester Zoo to Bristol Zoo when we had out meet down there in 2007.
