I saw on the Mail Online yesterday that there is a large Hermanns missing in Dunmow Essex, not sure if that is very close? it is a really old one, the family are extremely upset as it was stolen from their garden. If you get in touch with John Hayward from the National Theft Register he will verify if it is the one. I hope so, please let us know

No one will be able to get in touch with you by PM until you have made 5 posts (other than just leaving a message on here)

Just read on another Forum that the tortoise has been reunited with the owners. It wasn't the one in the Mail though. It was microchipped so the rightful owner was found.
