Default re homing a testudo graeca manchester area

hello. i am looking to rehome our male testudo graeca tortoise. he has been in our family for 35 years. he spends sunny day in the garden and at night in a pen. if the weather is to cold we bring him into the house. he eats cucumber, dandelion leaves and lettuce. if you can offer him a good home please can you email me at heaton69@hotmail.co.uk. thanks gaynor

I'm afraid he shouldn't be mixed with a T.g.graeca. But if you have the room to keep him seperate than go for it.

Out of interest is this for health reasons or would he be a pest to her? I am always interested to learn more about tortoises!

It's actually both Sam. The 2 subspecies don't come anywhere near each other in the wild so aren't compatible to keep together.
