Default Keeping a tortoise table humid for redfoots

Hey all,
Got to move down to a small room for uni and im taking my tortoises, they are cherryhead redfoot hatchlings about 6 and 8 months old. I currently have them in a 4 by 2 vivarium which is great because they love humidity.
I will be switching to using a 2 by 2 tortoise table as that is all i can fit in my room, It should be large enough as they are only very small.
How do I keep a tortoise table humid for redfoot hatchlings? If i have Sphagnum moss and decent substrate and foliage will it be okay?
