not getting up

Hi,I have an 3yr old hermanns,and untill approx a week ago was outside, until i brought her in for the winter,she seemed quiet at first when I brought her in, I put this down to a new enclosure, but over the last few days she has been really digging down in the soil,(she has never been hibernated) and unless I get her up each morning she wouldnt come out. When she is out she is eating and pooping then after a couple of hrs goes back to bed, Ive sent for a worm count to see if thats got to do with any thing, ive also checked temps etc which seem fine, has anyone one got any ideas or is it shes just settling back in, I cant remember her doing this last year.
