Default Product Recall: 1st Gen iPod Nano

Have you got a 1st generation iPod Nano sold between September 2005 and December 2006?

Apple is recalling them (worldwide) and replacing them due to an over-heating problem.

Time to have a rummage in the back of your cupboards and swap it for a new one!

iPod nano (1st generation) Replacement Program

I got our replacement this morning... a nice new current generation 8GB nano

Oooh so they do replace the whole ipod, I thought it was just the battery, sounds good. I sent mine on Nov 17th and I'm still waiting. When did you send yours to Apple?

I sent mine November 15th, so hopefully you'll get yours soon

I got a silver 6th generation nano, but without a cable or headphones (we've got plenty of those lying round anyway!)
