Question Leopard Tortoise UV lighting help?

Hi everyone, i havent been on here for so long!! im sure this question has already been asked somewhere before, but i had a quick look through other threads and none were jumping out at me and really need some advice.

however im updating my enclosure and updating my lighting and heating so everything is new and fully 100% working.

i have a few questions regarding UV lighting if anyone could help it would be much appreciated.

what is the best bulb to use? (i currently have Exo Terra Reptiglow tube 10.0 15w) is this adequate enough for a leopard? or do i need a higher wattage?

also are the coil bulbs any good? and if so are the Exo Terra Light Domes any good?

thank you

Hi,

I'm not sure what a Leo tort requires. But I have a Hermanns and I use a Arcadia 160w combined heat and UV in a reflective dome. Its great, have had no problems at all and when I was doing my research on combined bulbs this one seemed the most reliable and had a steady rate of UV, which didn't drop rapidly like some others.

Hopefully someone can advise you regarding your species.
