Hi again
My leopards eat the testudo, fibre and herb depending on what weeds are available and how much time I have.

The Testudo, which I have now started stocking is mainly grass and dandelion and as leopards and sulcatas are grazers I think that this one is good for them. This is a cob which takes longer to soak.
The Herb is also good as it includes a lot of different plants in it and is a cob which takes longer to soak.
The fibre I use as like the herb it has a lot of different plants in it, but it is a loose mix and can be rehydrated quickly when in a rush.
hope this helps

Thanks for the info about how many cobs to offer, I won't mention how many I thought I might have to give!! LOL!!
Thankfully I won't be needing a kilo a week
I mixed it with their weeds today, but as yet nobody has done much else than to give it a sniff! They are only just up though so will give them time.

No you won't need that much at all
Just use a little each day and you will probably find that when they actually try it they will love it. I would always use it with all the other foods and never on it's own as it would cost loads then. Little and often is the answer I think. thanks

hi, i tried my him on the pre alpin, i wet it and mixed it in with some grass, and some of his favorite weeds. at first he went up to it and sniffed it, had a little try then turned his back on it and walked off in a sulk haha, but i kept it in his food bowl for a while, then when i went back to check on him a little bit later he had demolished it all! ive only been giving him tiny bits for now, just so he can get used to it, and i think he likes it now because hes eating it! but ive noticed a change in his poo, its gone more solid ALREADY which is great!! when i got him from a previous owner, they fed him on lettuce and cucumber, his shell was soft and his poo was really runny, so trying him on new foods and getting him to like them has been hard! but hes getting there slowly! and hes improving soo much! with the right temps, daily baths and right diet his shell is hard now! thanks for your advice

That's great news. I love it when things go right. Sounds like your little one is really doing well. Keep up the good work.

Just to say thanks to all my customers and to also remind you that the postage will be going up on April 1st, so if you are using it then we have a week before the postage goes up.
Thanks

Mine arrived yesterday. I mixed a bit up this morning and put it in a separate dish. Eddie usually polishes off his food then goes on the prowl for more. So hopefully he'll eat it later. If not I will sprinkle it on his weeds dry.
