Introduce Yourself
I am not sure how to work this thread, but I will give it a try.
My name is Angi. I have two yearling Ca Desert Tortoises, a female Three Toed Box Turtle, a Rat Terrier and a old black Lab. I also have two sons 16 years old and 11 years old. I got my CDTs over a year ago from a lady that lived across the street and had to move. They were tiny babies and I just took them because she had to get rid of them. I was not sure if I would even keep them, but after a few days I fell in love with them. They are the best pets I have ever had. I am now a tortoise freak. My Boxie was given to me by someone that found her. She is pretty beat up, shy and seems a little unhappy, but I hope to have a nice new encloser built for her this spring. I have no idea how old she is. I enjoy picking weeds for my torts and giving them different veggies. I am continually looking for things my boxie will eat as she is very picky. I do raise worms for her. They are the one thing she seems to enjoy. |
