Ha ha!

I would have dried them for the torts, but no point, they refused to touch my dried weeds last year. All that picking and drying - honestly! Mad really when I have so many fresh weeds available.

Emma , I shouldn't have spoken so soon !! water bottle on my back now ! hauling pots round. So excited I bought a load of nasturtium seeds and in 7th heaven.

Do you think I could be an extra on mcmafia - I could try and smuggle nasturtiums into Russian and take over the kremlin. I think it will catch on as a series. They need a bit of colour in their lives I feel. CB

Ooh...which seeds did you buy? Have you discovered a blue nasturtium yet?

Yes, McMafia needs colour for certain. I think, for me, the series has made it quite certain that James Norton will not do as the next James Bond, which he's been mooted to be.

I don't think it's going to be t-shirt weather for a good few weeks yet. That said, I am the person sat on the beach with a fleece on.
As soon as the sun hides behind a cloud I feel cold! Never go to the beach without my fleece and a flask of tea - even on the hottest of days.

I couldn't watch the first episode of McMafia - too violent.

Yes I thought he was tougher in Grantchester as the Vicar !!! He needs Gordons speedo's if he expects to interview for the post.

Princess of india
Tom thumb
Peach melba (a favourite)
Alaska
Dayglow
Crimson Emperor
Marahajah
Paso Doble (easy)

I couldn't find blue but did find black ones last year but they weren't massively successful.

Also tom thumb lettuce and attempting pink dandelions too.

I did close my eyes but if you had watched Game Of thrones Jan you would be hardened off. Not ideal but I do try and think about the tomato ketchup rather than the gore. Its based on a true story. I cant work out why its called Mcmafia. Is there a Scottish connection perhaps.....!!! CB

It has some connection with McDonalds. Can’t remember what but that’s where the Mc comes from!

Lots of lovely nasturtiums.
Pink dandies? Never seen them. Must have a looksie.

I think Vikings has been more gory than GOT, especially the first season. GOT was mooted to be all sex and violence. Maybe too many historical dramas have hardened me, as I thought it was far from it. As to why porn sites have complained they’ve been affected by people watching GOT instead, I’m perplexed with that!

You seem to have had a cold and snowy winter this year? Or is it just normal?

PS CB I think Game of Thrones is on Sky? Don't have that channel.
