Anyone got a vibrator?
and if so, do they work?
this looks good to me, you could stand there eating your bag of crisps while being vibrated to death http://www.vibrationplate.org.uk/why-use-a-plate/ using a vibrator for ten minutes a day will change your life, I want one |

Aye, evolving husband section maybe.
I would really like to believe this.. Vibration Plates Bayls deliver to the UK, Ireland and Europe. Vibration Plates were originally designed by the Russian Space Program and used by cosmonauts to keep fit whilst in space for long periods of time. It is scientifically proven that just 5-10 minutes on one of these vibration machines can have the same effect as up to 1 hours worth of other forms of exercising! This miracle new vibration machine is responsible for thousands of people losing weight at super-fast rates, with very little effort Our fusion powered range vibration plates use whole-body vibration (WBV) to contract muscles 30-50 times per second. The continual vibration causes you to tense and relax your muscles, which in turn tones up your body. With continued daily use of this vibration machine, you’ll see the scales tip back and you’ll shed that unwanted extra weight you’re carrying! |

I thought you'd posted an adult post in the normal section Alan Ah well never mind gave me a giggle. I imagine it would be quite uncomfortable to have your jiggly bits vibrated
