Exclamation Musk Turtle Help

I have two Musk Turtles (Graham and Melman) and have done for 4 years now, however i have noticed that one of them seems to have one missing claw/nail on its rear left leg? is this normal and is it likely to grow back or should i take him to the vets?
i have examined him and it doesn't seem to be infected at all..
Thanks!
Natalie
