Help new member post

Hi there my friend is having problems posting any posts ,she can log in but nothing else , shes tried writing some threads and quotes. but has not be allowed. her name is elvis . what can she do to get up and running . thankyou .

my friend hasnt replied to an email and cannot find one , is there anything else we can do .

has she entered her email exactly? if it's one character out the return email will have gone to someone else
