Hi,
Tigerlilly is up and about this morning. She has her face in the food as usual. So far no blood.
The day before she passed blood she did eat a lot of the stems of the grass plant in her enclosure which did surprise me. She has never done that before. But I did not find any undigested parts which could have caused that type of injury. I will keep watching.
On the other hand I could have brought something home with the weeds too. We have so much wild life around here. Coons, possum, mink, deer, geese, ducks, herons, groundhogs, skunks, deer, kyote just to name a few.
Anyhow, I am trying to cover all my bases and appreciate your input.
Gisa
