That's good then, how often are you going to feed it?

Hi Anita, I feed it to mine three times a week, mixed with fresh leaves and flowers. I like the fact that it gives them a whole other variety of plants. The most noticeable difference is their poo's are much more formed and fibrous!!! Eew, but good!!

not oftern at the mo as I can get loads of weeds, It's just that George is a little underweight so thought I should have a back up plan should he not gain any weight soon and I like to know there is something in the cupboard for a rainy day.

Thanks

I feed it twice a week now and I shall increase to 3 times through the winter months.
I've noticed the increase in size of Marley's poo's on the day's when he has this, quite amazing really.
As you say it adds variety which is only a good thing

I'm using the sprinkling on wet food method and so far, the torts aren't fussed and there's a fair bit of wastage. I guess it will be a few weeks before I can expect to see better formed poops

Default Example of diet

Fed most days during the Spring/Summer/Autumn

Fed once per week in warm weather periods.
Very little of this gets wasted. "Oldies" from T g ibera, T h boettgeri, all enjoy this offering. So too, do the younger animals.
