Hello and welcome to the forum! There's loads of great advice on here which I'm sure you'll find useful. Where are you based? I go to Ladds Garden Centre which has a Reptile specialist inside which sells the equipment that you listed. To save money, it's just as easy to make a tortoise table, and old chest of drawers tipped on its side works just as well. Don't buy a fancy tortoise table, just buy (or make) a simple and practical one. Or you can go to the Range in Reading which has a reptile area in the pets department. Horsfield's really are so lovely, they're quite cheeky little things aha, here's a link which you might find useful

Hell and welcome from me too There are various online shops - I have used Swell and found them to be great and good price wise Best bet is to take a look and then try to decide if you want to use a combined heat/UV or separate UV and heat light etc. Sounds as if you have already done some research - great to see and there is usually someone around for questions you may have
