Hi there, I have 2 leopards. I bought them last September and was told they were 5 years old. I live in southern Spain so they are outside most of the day. When I bought them they weighed: 473gms for Julie and she measured 12.5cms. Frankel weighed 522gms and measured 12.5cms.
Now,on 26th February,Julie weighed 617gms and measures 14.5cms and Frankel weighed 927gms and measures 16.5cms. He did weigh over a kilo 3 weeks ago then lost some again. They do fluctuate.

I have between 30 and 100 and something at any given time. My largest is a 58lb (26.3 kilo) s.p.p.. My oldest is 22 years old and Ive had here since she was 3 weeks old. I get anywhere between 150 and 250 eggs a year. Last year I had about 230 something eggs and at 1 point I had just over 100 leopards. I'm lucky I live some where that allows me to keep them outside year round in large pens with plenty of grass to graze on.... For leopards, grazing is the key...Year round grazing is a must. Of all the tortoises I have kept and do currently keep... The leopard tortoise is the true grazer.

Wow u have a busy house !! Ive got 2 which I took on so dont know too much about their background as the lady was abit vague. George is 7 and when I got him he was underweight has a fractured tail very bad prymading and lots of nicks out of his shell he weight 26 he now was 36.4 but is still underweight. Mildred is 5 and is a good weight she has no prymading and her shell has no bumps or lumps out of it.

Taking him to the vets again as he is still not right -
