Calcium / Nutrobal outside?
Hello, I'm slightly confused - it doesn't take much, lol! - Thumbelina (eight month old Marginated tortoise) is now outside nearly every day in a huge rabbit cage. I am picking her weeds every day but, please can anyone tell me if I still need to dust the weeds with calcium and Nutrobal, now she is outside? Thumbelina has a cuttlefish, oyster shell and limestone flour available to her at all times. Thank you very much!

I would use supplements a small pinch a day.

Mine get very little supplememnts when outside as I prefer they eat plants growing in the enclsoure. I do offer some meals of other plants grown outside the enclosure and sometimes I do put neutrobal on it.
Personally I feel its much less of an issue when they are outside. There is quite a bit of natural UV. I always have cuttlefish outside too but they don't bother much with it.
