Thanks. Even in their small viv there is a temperature gradient. There's a basking spot of about 95F and a cooler spot of about 78F. This isn't ideal and I intend to change it. I'm hoping daily baths will make a difference, along with changes in diet, lighting and substrate.

the joint's look like it could also have gout ,it might be worth getting it checked out for this.

I see what you are saying about the joints, but I think it's just the way the picture has been taken. I've checked again and there's no sign of swelling. She is much more active now and could eat for ever. If she was sick, wouldn't she be lethargic and off her food?

I should have said that the shedding of skin is only in the back legs. Front legs are fine. Looks like there are some new scales growing already.
