Poo'ing during hibernation

Is it ok for a tortoise to poo during hibernation or is this an issue? What about if they pass some urine?

Provided you did a proper wind down then pooing is not a problem, as it would have come from the intestines:0)
Any urination during hibernation, then get your tortoise up, as their stores of water will have depleted:0)
