Never mind Sarah I'm sure she will go down again the summer isn't over yet, you could buy a day old duckling and sneak it under her in the night she will think its hers and rear it , I do no some people use large ducks as foster parents for goslings too

We arn't that bothered about having any duckings but it would have been nice. We will see what happens with these other eggs she is sitting on.

What a shame, guess if she is still sitting on some it is a good sign. Hope they are fertile, I love ducklings and desperate for ducks in the garden, what sort of set up do you have for them? Do they wreck tyhe garden?

Yes they do kill the garden eat anything in sight and poo for england. They have a section at the top of the garden with a metal shed that they get locked in every night.

Sad to say the eggs were infertile. She slowley threw them all out. Never mind.
