thank you so much clareandco and Emma for the thinking time! . It is strangling my dandelions in pots, (good soil , only the best so probably will grow to gigantic proportions then Clare!), so will probably dig it out - which is sad as weeds do have their place but tried it on torts (after seeking advice from Tort Table site)and they weren't keen - does say its bitter.
What a lovely name it has I wish my middle name was that, CB
