Little man
Well heres my new shihtzu puppy. He's six weeks old and the sweetest little thing. Only had him since Friday, but both nights he has slept from 10-7 no crying, no needing a wee. He has been using his little wee wee pads no probs just taking himself off to them and there have been no accidents so far. He is a big baby and follows me everywhere and I keep tripping over him.
To everyone who has reccomended this breed to me a big thank you. So far I cant fault him and he is fitting into our little routine nicely. We love him. Still no name for him. Any suggestions? We have a short list but help would be appreciated. Hers a couple of pics Rach

Slight prob with Buddy, one of next doors dogs is called that and I dont want him flying over the wall everytime I call I like Alfie or Ollie, My mum suggested Beau which I love but you not supposed to choose names that sounds like a command. Beau/no. My daughters want to name him Charlie or Scooter. They been googling dog names since Friday. But they always get to name the animals and I wana go. Ant more suggestions Rach

Oh how cute is he, i have always grown up the lhasa apso's which are nearly the same and they are the most loving dogs.

Oh I still cant decide and will have to call him something soon or he will think his name is puppy. Where is Becks?
He's just met my other dogs for the first time (we've kept him in the bedroom till he settled) and he was nearly trampled. Any ideas cos I dont want my other dogs getting jelous and hating him but I cant just leave him to be crushed by my very hyper beagles. I intend to have him in a playpen when the other dogs are around till he grows a bit, (he's tiny and fits in 1 hand) but he cant stay in there all day. Also does anyone think they will be jelous him being upstairs when they not allowed. My old lab has the run of the house but doesnt go up cos she hates stairs and the beagles when unsupervised have the conservatory and halls as they have unpredictable toilet habits and it doesnt bother them that my lab can go where she wants, but with him being the newbie? Was so much easier when I only had labs.
