nice day for a ..
white wedding - NOT! . I'm going to a wedding today. It's lashing down and forecast for all day. There's no way I will be staying the full shift anyway as it will be about 14 hours. I hate having to wear a suit, I am strictly a jeans person so will be glad to get home and into my jeans again

Hope it holds out for the happy couple though

Bah Humbug or what. Make the most of it and full up on the champagne/wine I say!
I am off to a 49 1/2yr old garden party. My friend is 50 in Dec and wants a summer party butI am not too impressed as it is a Hawwiian theme and got to dress up. Normally I would be up for it but with the weather so rubbish, it's going to be freezing in my grass skirt. so I shall just be there in body after many beers/wines to keep me warm.

you could have gone as a volcano .. don't forget to post the grass skirt pics later
I will be driving so that I can get home earlier than the end and have been asked to take pics too so no drink for me. there were only four people at our wedding and that included us . total cost was £9 |

See thats what I wanted to do Alan! But family insisted in coming. Half turned up uninvited!! We got married and went straight home and watched films all afternoon in bed! We wanted a marriage not a wedding.
It'll be 10 years this september. Eek! X

what a long day without drink, I stayed to the bitter end too. A lot of money wasted at a wedding so there is. my lugs are ringing as the band was deafening. out of my suit at last though and into the jeans comfort zone
