Unhappy Advice please - very worried

Ive noticed over the last week Heidi hasn't been herself and I've now noticed that her eyes are not at all bright, they seem almost swollen and even more worryingly when she eats they have bubbles coming out of them. She doesn't have bubbles coming out of here nose but today she's been breathing out of her mouth and looks like she's straining. She's very active and eating loads but I just don't know what to do as my vet is booked up for a few days and I don't want her to get worse. I'm keeping the temps up in their enclosure and I try to bathe her to help her eyes but she gets so stressed in the bath I worry it will make her worse.

Help pleeeease!!

Straining to breath or to go to the bathroom? Do you know what the humidity is in your enclosure?

Well she had just been to the bathroom so I think she was straining to breath. She had her mouth open and looked like she was gasping. The humidity is at about 45% I'm trying to raise it but nothing seems to be working.

Try to raise the humidity and see how that goes. I take it you have a table? You could try covering half the table with some perspex and that would help keep the humidity and the temperatures up.

No I have a viv at the minute as I find it hard to keep the temps up as my room is cold. What would help bring the humidity up?

Keeping the substrate damper, adding a water dish with a larger surface area, more frequent mistings/sprayings, moss in 1 or 2 of the corners.

Ok then thank you I will start doing those and see if she improves at all. I have tried to stick to a smaller water dish as Heidi is only 4ish months old so I didn't want her to get stuck or drown

Don't need to go deeper, just a larger shallow dish.
