Default T5 slimline issues

Has anyone had any issues with Arcadia T5 slimline. My one has just stopped working but bulb is ok. I will be sendding it back to swell reptile where I bought it. I was just asking as I was planning to buy more and have a daisychain of them but this is the 2nd one in just over a year.

I have four of the slimline t5 canopy lights and that have been running all year and have been fine even dropped one of them and it still worked, I also have the normal T5 slimline with reflector and it works great as well.
The last few months I have had two t5 D3+ Canopy lights as well and they work great.
Swell are very good so I'm sure they will sort it out for you.

As with all electronics you get failures I'm sad to say.

We will replace any that have failed in the year however.

Thanks John, Swell reptile are taking it back and checking it out and have said they would replace it if it's faulty. I would like to ask what do I need to buy to connect my slimline's together? like a daisy chain effect.
