Ziggy seems just fine. very active, eating everything in sight and roaming about throughout the day. has been bathed in shallow water every day and being fed weeds grown by myself wich he has been wolfing down ! ( seeds from shelled warrior shop) and loves climbing about any burying himself down at night to sleep

I had Ziggy's sister, and i have to say she looked so similar and used to go in the exact same corner ziggy is!! How strange! I had an almost identical picture of her bottoms up in that corner! lol

7 days? Surely the seller cant know that this animal is eating/pooping properly at this age? I dont know much about torts...but has this one been microchipped? if needd? Or has this tort been sold so young so the seller does not need to 'shell' out for a micro chip, thus eating into any profit??

The seller is not new to this I doubt he would have sold a tortoise he did not believe to be fit and healthy and the new owner seem to be doing all required to make sure he will grow happy and healthy |

Most breeders though do not sell hatchlings until they are at least three months old. Seven days surely is very young.

there is no legal age to sell a tort so its up to the owner's discretion and choice many choose to wait longer but there are also those who sell younger. The seller isn't a novice and I'm sure wouldn't sell if she/he wasn't happy with where the tort was going.
