Default Size for ibera to lay eggs

Hi, I have 3 ibera, 2 female, 1 male, they are only 6 years old, but are quite large, approx 16 cm carapace length. The male showed the girls a lot of attention last year upon wake up from hibernation and a couple of times outside in the summer. I'm not sure if he actually managed to mate, but he certainly tried. I was just wondering if the females are capable of producing eggs? I know it's a tough question...
Many thanks

They probably need to be a bit larger to lay eggs. But growing them fast is not a good idea, as it can affect their health in later years:0)

Thanks Sandy, they were huge when I got them at two years old, they'd been fed exclusively on cabbage and Kale and kept in a viv, I've got them on the correct diet and husbandry now and it's slowed down dramatically but they still look huge!
