Of what I've seen or heard of (with evidence). I've done it in a few posts.

Have you got references of such a phenomenon in Chelonia? |

No I don't, but its not to say a hybrid offspring is infertile. I know hybrid offspring from a Marginated/Spur thigh mating are fertile. Though they are at least from the same genus.
Most of the hybrid Asian turtles have proved to be fertile, even hybrids from very different genus. So would think most tortoise hybrids would be fertile. Danny

Awesome. I would love to have one. I have a pardalis x sulcata and it is one of my favorite tortoises.

Interesting thread I happened to see on preloved. So a spur thigh and hermanni together, but no fertile eggs.

Just had a read...interesting!
That pic of slowcoachs hole in shell also shows shellrot, all of that back area of shell is going to come off eventually, it looks exactly like my Norman did, there is a thread on here with pics. |

It does show the discolouration like Normans. Slowcoaches might be from constant ramming from Turbo.

I am curious, how are you supposed to care for them?
I they come from complete different climate types, they need different typ of diet, very high fiber diet for leopards and more fruits for the redfooted tortoise. |
