That sounds fine, but shouldn't be over 12 hours so monitor carefully. If it's work hours that causes this it might be worth investing in a habistat.

well i could drop it to ten hours? I work 7am til roughly 4pm everyday. But il bathe and feed in the evenings so aslong as the lights on at 4-5ish then shes fine.
I need to get thermo's tomorrow because its making me nervous that i dont know the temperature in there. although shes fine.
I was looking at habistats earlier. is that an automatic thing to have night n day times? cos i have similar now that i choose the times to go on and off.

Right changed the heat lamp 9-7 and then the main Uv 9-9 is that better? Then il be a habistat im guessing the dimming one so that it regulates the temperate at the basking end?

Thank you for the advice about habistat! Perfect equipment she's got it around 32F one end and just over 20 the other and is much happier! her hide end is 90 humid and her basking end is 55 humid is that right??

I just need to monitor night time temperatures now and hopefully don't need a ceramic heater.

Also is it normal to get loads of condensation and is there a way to fix it without leaving the door slightly ajar?

I'd let the condensation stay as this is good signs of humidity. 90 is good but need the other end to be above 70, it might be worth investing in a mister. Maybe also get the ambient temp above 22, 20 is more of a night temp.

It is effective if you can find a big enough and shallow enough one, really you'd need to make it yourself or get it custom made.

Oh and il have her 7 inch legs tomorrow so she'l be of the floor
