Sorry but there are a few weeds in there but hard to seperate what is what<g>. I can see vetch
but that has a violet/purpley flower.

It looks like Black Medick to me (medicago luplulina), and it's OK for torts (but as part of a varied diet). Here are two links to some info and pictures about it:
