Honestly... they are meant to be served dry.

Find a small container or a cup... place the pellets in the cup... fill the cup to where the water just covers the pellets. Let it sit until all the water is soaked up... serve it up.

They get a little bit bigger... not much.

A bit of a daft question as this is the first time I've used pellets but how long do you soak them for. They get really mushy!! Is that how they're meant to be served? From what I read before I got them I thought they were going to inflate hugely when soaked; they get a bit bigger but not huge!

They definately eat more when it is soaked.

I have and I'm actually using it to check it out. Most of these pretty much the same in formula. I've only been using it for a few months.

I have just bought the flower flavour, lots of green ones just waiting for delivery!
PS. I have started to give Horace only two Pretty Pellets a day for 5 days no pellets over the weekend. Today he got two, he looked for more and ended up eating Lamps lettuse, Radicchio and Frisee.
Thank you ED for the tip

The postman came this afternoon with Komodo pellets. I put them in water for 5 mins. Horace is outside in his hide, I feed 5 (I know!!!) I got the flower flavour and the "sod" left the green ones and eat the red ones he left two green pellets
Horace is now outside for the night, its 21.2c in his hide. Third time now out for the night. My girlfriend hates it when Horace is out for the night
