judging by the size of that pond anything that went outside as soon as the weather is warm enough would just be able to stay outside all year round, you'd have a real job trying to catch them again

They stay outside all year. The painteds have been in since late 2002. I live in Yeovil now that spring is coming they will be out soon. Bournmouth is not far PM me if you are intersted in visiting.

I rehome too and once I have checked the animals out I offer them for homing in good ponds. I could find a few suitable animals for you provided the pond and home were OK.
