Question odd Plastron ....help please!

Hi All

i came home from work today and i noticed on Timmys plastron that there seems to be a ridge, or sticking out. it starts right from the top all the way down the centre to the very end of his shell, or at his bottom. im sure its only come up in the last few days, as he is has been asleep when i get home form work (my other half has been bathing him the last few mornings as iv been working earlys this week)
Timmy is a Novermber 2008 hatchling, and he has been eating his weeds every day dusted with Nutrobal, and has limestone flour added every other day. his eyes are bright and clear and nose is also clear. he seems quite happy generally. this is my first tortoise, so i want to make sure im doing ok, but now im worried. i have taken a pic to show you. if any one can advise please

Thanks

Just looks like growth to me.
If he/she is only an November hatchling, then he/she is growing quite fast.
How much does he/she weigh?
What speices please?

That sounds fine, he just looks big in the picture, hence asking speices and weight.
Close ups are great, but do make torts look bigger:0)
