Default Soaking Sulcata's

As you can see my 'guys' love their bath. I used to soak them twice a week but cut that back to just once a week now that they are two years old. Despite alot of reading I still don't quite feel confident about the amount of bathing. What do you think?

Thanks, I think I will put them back on twice a week. They have a big shallow water dish they can walk into whenever they want indoors and another outdoors. Do you think that will cover hydration well enough?

i find mine rarely go into thier water, plus its not warm, but they always enjoy a lovely warm bath with little splashes over their heads, so i would say actually bath them twice a week if you can, they will enjoy it too. Im not sure if a water dish would actually cover their hydration well, but at least you know with a bath it will.

That is a lovely picture
I'm sure it's the same for all tortoises that they need access to water preferably that they can walk into.

I bath mine everyday/every other day, but Jambo when she is in her indoor enclosure she will be in her water bowl very often herself, she just sits there for about 10 mins but it is warm and quite deep so it's as good as her having a bath. She loves the water. At the moment though she's living out 24/7 and although her bowl is outside with her I don't think she is in it as much as it's not near any heat outside, so it's not as warm. Kito I am bathing everyday as she is only 6 weeks old.
