Default Sulcata diets

Can Sulcatas eat dock leaves? My garden is full of them. Also I read on some American sites that they feed their sulcats pumpkin is this suitable and if so is it only on small quantites?

Dock leaves, other torts don't eat them, and there not that good, Pumpkin is ok, your right in sparingly, can give them the runs.
