Hi Chatty i dont know the exact temp as long as the sun feels warm to your face with no bitting winds thats fine

hya tort dude i went out in the pouring rain too n my torts just looked at me as though i was mad!cant wait put um outside so they can get their own!little buggers!

Don't we get some funny looks from passing cars and pedestrians when we are bent down with our little carrier bags ripping up the weeds, especially in the pouring rain...
