Hey names Graeme, I'm from Scotland and on the look out for my first shelled friend
I am on the look out for pancake tortoise if anyone knows of any for sale? also if any knows if there's any books or really in depth information that would be great thanks |

Hi Graeme. Alex is a pancake breeder but I see you've already responded to his post. Good luck finding one. I think they're a fascinating tort species.

welcome Graeme, I would say don't be too ambitious with your wish list ! TSome species are a whole lot harder and hardier than others of course. Try and do a whole load of research and find a species which suits what you can provide long term! very long term. Be great to see some photos when able if you do get one. good luck, keep us posted. Welcome to the forum Graeme.
Look forward to hearing about your tort(s) when you get them. So far my male and female are getting along fine, they are about 8 1/2. However, many have found one male with just one female does not work. I have given them a huge amount of space in the hope their happy relationship will continue.
