How long do you have the light on for? It should be 12 hours and mimic day light hours. I have a timer that's approx 7-7, give or take a few minutes x

I use a timer for mine so if I'm having a lie in or out in the evening he still has routine. I don't think extra light will cause damage, in the wild they'll have long and short days. Wormcount.com will be cheaper than a worm test in the vets. I had the results back about 5 days after ordering the kit. Great service. x

That's not to say don't go to the vet if you're concerned about the eye though x

Hiya, post a plastron (underside) picture of your tort in the Identification/sexing thread on this forum and we will have a go at sexing, how big is he/she? Males have much longer tails than females x
