Help Leopard owners!
Before getting my Leopard i read they like humidity, but since nosing around the internet there seems to be conflicting advice saying they do not need humidity. Can any Leopard owners or experts confirm which i should be doing as concerned now i have got it wrong for my lil fella

You can do a hide, pop a damp sponge at the top place in warm area and if he needs it he'll go in

Thank you all. I have been doing a humidity environment so may cut it down a bit.

I provide all my hatchling leopards with a humid hide box. I take something like a plastic shoe box. I cut a door in the side, fill it with damp peat moss and that's it. Every other day I check it to make sure it hasn't dried out.

I was told by Ed that humid and warm is ok - humid and damp is not.
But they manage without humidity. Some of mine are prone to respiratory infections so I don't have any humidity. |

Could humidity not being there lead to rns, I've put my leopards on chipsi cause the soil seemed to give them runny noses

Some keeper's say some humidity/ hot enviroment can help against pyramiding. Cool humidity i thought to be avoided. A humid hide at the warm end might be used, keeping it humid indoor's near bask end could could be a problem.
