just rec'd reply from The speaker David Alderton to say that he is very sorry to hear about Wendy's current Health issue and he looks forward to reappointing his presentation to the JMAMT group in 2012.

Thank you so much for your wishes and help with this meeting. It is with regret we had to cancel.

On Tuesday I went to A&E and within 6 hours I was the star attraction in the main operating theatre

I had major surgery as I had peritonitis and am so lucky I recovered as things did not go well.

It has been a rough week, but I am now home, (without internet access until I get home so I will miss you all) and catching up with quality time with my daughter and family.

Take care all of you ...

Yes, I am back home and catching up on you all and taking everything slow and easy. I must admit there was a day when I thought my candle of life was about to blow out

but luckily it didn't.

So have I missed much
