Box Turtles
The wife just told me she saved 3 boxies this morning. She drives to work at sunrise and takes the back roads. She came across a box turtle in the middle of the road on 3 occasions. She stopped the car and moved them in the direction in which they were traveling off the road.
I told her to pick them up in the future so I can photograph them and release them where they were found.

I'm fully aware of that which is why I posted what I did. 3 turtles in one trip is not common at all.
