Lightbulb Dietary Requirements

Hey,
Im fairly new to this forum thing but i wanted to make sure i was doing stuff right for my tortoises sake
There is loads of conflicting advice on the internet, however luckily some recommended sites and a handout given by our tortoise vet has come in helpful
I have two tortoises, both are around 2 and are still very small.
When i first had them i fed them to much, and the wrong stuff. Luckily no harm was done and they have cut down and are perfectly healthy
I bath them once a day and they're always walking around

Anyway, back to my question,
My garden hasnt got many edible weeds apart from dandelions, so i fear I am not feeding enough variety to my tortoises,
Its current diet is rotated between Dandelions, Romaine lettuce and florette mixed (for the winter months)
We tried buying herbiseed stuff with a mixture of weeds and that hasnt grown very well, so we've had to rely on supermarket stuff.
I was wondering what else i could feed my tortoises to give them some variety, but suggestions on how to grow them
