The train to London from here is about 2.5 hours. But, to get to Kent would take much longer. Grr.

It still takes 3 hours to get to Chester from here, which is ludricous. You'd think a relatively large city would have better links, but on some journeys you have to change twice.

Though having said that, it does mean we're close to Doncaster for this weekend =)

It's me .... sorry I have been busy all day and am now baking a lime cake ready for Sunday's meeting then more baking tomorrow, and sausages and sandwiches on Sunday .....

Under my signature is our webpage and you can find details of how to get to the meeting on that site if you need directions. I have booked you a place and we look forward to seeing you there. We are all very friendly, it is very informal and ask as many questions as you want

See you Sunday

Refreshments pretty good I have been up all night baking

Iced Lime traybake, lemon drizzle traybake, two banana cakes (my daughter's favourite) and that just leaves me the sandwiches and sausages (for hot dogs)

55 people booked to attend and I checked the weather - no rain

Glad you enjoyed the meeting Vicky.

It was great to see so many of you again and a big thank you to everyone who helped. I really enjoyed the speakers presentations and I know many of you did too. Very informative
