Default Anyone elses torts do this?

Hi everyone I have noticed in one of my torts every now and then she makes a kind of squeeking noise, kind of like a snneeze, mostly when shes basking under her light. It doesnt happen very often and theres no runny nose either. I use 100% topsoil in the enclosure and spray it regulary. Has anyone else experienced this?

Ive had my tort for 2 weeks now and he does this most days, although its mainly after having dunked his head under water. Ive read that if their eyes are bright and their noses arent runny its most likely to be either water or dust up their nose! But I really am a novice so I am keeping a close eye on my little one just in case. But, you are not alone!

Don't worry most of them do it from time to time. They are bound to get stuff up their noses from time to time.I've tried giving mine a tissue but their mothers havn't taught them how to blow their nose!!Seriously if there's anything obvious like juice from something moist they mostly rub it off with their legs but you can always wipe their nose if they are bothered

It might be the torts rubbing their beaks together (the top and bottom half). Mine do it often, nothing to worry about

Thanks everyone. I wasnt to worried as there was no runny nose and thought it will probs be the topsoil getting alittle dusty and dry especially with it mostly happening under there lamp.
