Also I have seen a few offered (like our concrete garage) for sale at greatly reduced prices at local garden centres/ B & Q etc, when they change their stock/displays. You could be cheeky & have a ring round your area to ask if anyone is about to do this?

you can get great 2nd hand ones at great prices if you look in paper shop windows,
average prices are:
6ft x 8ft =£50
12ft x 8ft=£100
and sometimes they are offered free if u are really lucky.
