Lovely tortoises, vivariums are not the best housing for redfoots, some say they are ok because redfoots need humidity and it keep it contained. All my tortoises are kept in tortoise tables with a substrate that can hold water and is kept damp all the time. Tortoise tables also provide air circulation and a larger area to walk around.

Have you ever thought of getting a larger enclosure?
