Looks like an adult female to me she isn't too bad pyramiding wise looks good.
Remember redfoots have a faster digestive tract compared to mediterranean and grassland tortoises so fruits and mushrooms as well as hydrated cat biscuits are an important part of there diet. 70% should consist of mixed greens weeds being the main aim but reds can be fed mixed salad leaves when weedy greens are in short supply. 30% should consist of mixed fruits, Mushrooms,and animal protien.
