Tortoises will try to dominate each other even other females, this can lead to stress which manifests in hiding away, not eating or becoming hyper. It is possible they can stay together in the long term if they have plenty of space to get out of each others way. I would seperate for now or keep the 2 smaller tortoises together. Regular bathing does seem to reduce stress.

Have you tried adding abedec to her bath? It is great for helping if one is not thriving. Obviously not going to help with stress etc but will help build her up and get her eating. X

Thank you both. I'm waiting for the lights to come then I will be separating them.
I'll get some abedec too, how much do you use? xx

Depends on the size of the bath but just a few drops in a small bath. Just go off what you think but not a lot. Reptoboost is good as well I got some for Ruby and she perked up from her first bath with it but then that might have just been because she needed water she didn't have any in her enclosure when I went for her. abedec does the same as reptoboost but is cheaper. x

Hi all, Galileo is now on her own in a smaller enclosure (Darwin's old one). Still waiting for poop, but at least now I'll know it's definitely hers. Once she settles I'm hoping she'll start putting on weight.
Any ideas on the best foods to put weight on her? She's enjoying softened butternut squash at the moment. And pellets more often xx
