Default can you paint the outside of a tortoise table

Thread title is question really only other thing what paint is best to paint it with thanks

any paint that you can use on babies items should be fine, babies are far more likely to chew than a tort is. (human babies)

if it's the outside then any paint would do I expect. the torts won't be in contact with it so don't see any problem at all
